Re: The thank you button topic.
Okay, as far as the thank you button goes here... It only exists on threads that were created after the thank you button was activated and from what I understand (not quite sure yet though) is that there is only one thank you button per thread. We shall see in time how this all works.
I tried though and I got you guys a thank you button, but now my hands are tied and that's the only form of thank you we can have. I think it's totally stupid because I like to say thank you more than once.
BUT anyway, I tried!

Re: The thank you button topic.
I don't see any Thank you buttons anywhere. Not even on the new threads. Is it just me?? I haven't even had anything to drink tonight.

Re: The thank you button topic.
Just found some thanks buttons in The Power of the Written Word. I guess they have to be put into each thread.

Re: The thank you button topic.
Eric, the reason there are thank you buttons in The Power of the written word thread is because you started it...
Here is how thank yous work from what I've gathered:
If you start a thread and someone replies, you as the thread starter are the only one allowed to give thanks, and you can only give thanks to 1 person. After you have given thanks to your one person, the thanks button will be greyed out not allowing it to be pressed.
Does that make any sense?

I think we need it to say just what the thank you button usually means:
"DAMN THAT IS SO FUCKIN RIGHT. I WISH I WOULD'VE POSTED THAT. I THINK I WILL, ACTUALLY, JUST IN DIFFERENT WORDS."

I would also like to thank the person who put a button that lets us go to a new post in the thread
