It seems that the site was operating just a few weeks ago. Google cached it on Feb 1, 2010 at 00:46:40 GMT, FYI.

Looks like a godaddy server site. My guess is he cant afford to pay the server fees.

When I was looking for the date of that Dallas show, I saw references to it in several people's promo stuff. People did join and you can still see some of the profiles they created in Google's cache.
