I thought I marked everything for no email alers but I still get one every time. Then I go running in here to see! that's not good for work and concentration, you know what I'm saying?

    How do I do that?

Did you just get an alert? If so, your setting didn't work here. I've had the same thing happen, but I've never been able to figure out if the forum is doing things wrong or if it's me.

Did you go to your Profile, then click Preferences and then, on the 6th one down, click no for not wanting e-mails each time? If you do it that way, then you can over-ride it at the bottom of a specific thread where it says "Notify me if a reply is posted"
If this doesn't work, let me know!
