Should he be released? Not up to anyone here of course but what do you think?
I think no. I am against parole for murderers. I think the norm should be a life sentence. I hesitate to say no parole because real situations are too complex and it is nearly impossible to consider all possible scenarios. It is prudent to leave the door open for the case to be reviewed at some point, but in my mind there would have to be some pretty extraordinary circumstances before I would consider parole for a murderer.
The cojugal visit thing is odd for me. There are no conjugal visits in VA.
