Okay I'm sure this is probably the dumbest question ever but the ducks don't fly away? Do they have clipped wings? I'm not exactly a city boy but I don't know the first thing about ducks.

I'd say why would they fly away if they get taken care of?....

My backyard is duck heaven. They get all the grain they want and there is plenty of mud and water which they love to poke around in. They eat worms, snails, bugs, plants, and every once in a while if they are really lucky, they catch a crayfish. The duck that catches the crayfish runs like crazy so the others can't steal it, but usually loses it to another. They aren't very polite.

The runner ducks don't have very big wings. They are a south asian breed that supposedly were raised to follow a farmer from his home to a rice or other field for the work day and then follow him home at the end of the day. They can be trained to follow a pole with a ribbon on it and will often just run along in single file line.They can get a foot or two into the air, but they can't fly far at all. Their wings help them run when they want to be really fast.

....only cici and her dad are the musicians,i've tried ,oh how i've tried,I can play the flute and some piano ,anything with keys but strings I can't do..

OK I just thought a kayak was an unusual rig to be used for towing!!! But it is rather studly.
